Do I need to set up an appointment
Yes, all our knee braces, orthotics, and mastectomy require an appointment.
Do you provide extended benefits
We are recognized by MHSD, FNHA, ICBC and WCB. We do not bill directly to extended benefit providers, but will supply you with the required supporting documents for your claim.
Where Can I Park?
Limited accessibility and entrance to underground parking spots on the west side facing Metrotown. Pay parking is available across Nelson Ave. in the 5000 Kingsway Plaza (London Drugs). You may also park at Metrotown and walk a short distance over.
Custom vs Off-the-Shelf? (Knee Brace)
Most rigid braces have Custom and OTS options; the main determinate is the shape and angle of your leg. As OTS braces are designed to accommodate the majority of the population, a custom brace is designed for you specifically. We here at BOM would recommend OTS or Custom based on your specific situation.
